In which cases can I return a product?
First of all, thank you for your preference and trust.
You have the right of withdrawal for purchases made exclusively from our online store:
• If the product is defective or damaged until it is received
*** You have the right to return it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, as defined by applicable law.
What are the conditions for the return to be made?
The product must not have been damaged or modified by you.
Along with the product you should also include the shipping packaging along with the protective materials.
Any marking or label must not have been removed.
Along with the product and packaging you should also send us the invoice of purchase as well as all relevant accompanying documents such as warranty or instructions for use.
Then you fill out the shipping form and send us the product together with all the above very well packed.
In the event that any of these are not met, the return policy cannot be carried out.
If the product is defective?
After you send us your purchase, the relevant department proceeds with an inspection. If it is found that there is damage, we will replace the product or repair it for you without any financial burden.
What is written on the shipping form?
The return request is a very easy process, where you simply fill in the Order code, the Reason for the return and the Action you want to take.
